Custom Orders:

It is my pleasure to customize and/or personalize something special for you. If you don’t see exactly what you are looking for in my current inventory, contact me so we can talk about what you have in mind. I enjoy challenging myself, so if you have an idea, I will do my best to create what you visualize. If you don’t have something specific in mind, but would like me to make something for you, let’s talk about it. With a little information from you, I can design something incorporating your favorite colors, stones and style. It will be unique, and made intentionally for you! For custom orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. I will do my best to get your special order out as soon as possible, based on the availability of materials. I assure you I will dedicate extraordinary effort in creating your spectacular design and commit to excellence in workmanship. I am sure it will be worth waiting for!


Purchasing:

You may make your selections directly through my web site, using the shopping cart feature. I accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, money orders and personal checks. Credit card information is collected using an SSL secured server. If paying by personal check, your order will be shipped as soon as your check has cleared the bank. Please make your check payable to Divine Designs by Sheryl Lee, and contact me for mailing information. You may also place your order by phone, at 954-803-5753. I will contact you by e-mail to confirm the receipt of your order, and again when your order has been shipped. Florida Residents: To my friends in Florida, there is a 6% sales tax added to all orders. (I don’t charge it, I just collect it!).


Shipping:

All orders will be shipped free of charge within the continental United States, by USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. Express Mail is available nationwide at a charge of $14.95. FedEx 2 day is also available, if you prefer, for $30. For international orders and rush shipping orders, please e-mail me at divinedesigns88@aol.com. All standard orders will be shipped within two business days. If you need something for an upcoming event, and must have the item by a certain date, please contact me first by e-mail at divinedesigns88@aol.com, or by phone at 954-803-5753.


Gift Purchases:

If your purchase is a gift, and you would like me to send it directly to the recipient for you, I will gladly gift wrap it and send a note for you at no additional charge. Just send me a message with the name and address of the recipient, and what you would like the note to say. I will include a gift receipt and my business card, so that if there are any concerns the recipient can contact me directly.


Returns and Exchanges:

Simply stated, I want you to be happy! I also want you to think of Divine Designs by Sheryl Lee any time you are looking for unique, custom jewelry for yourself or a gift. So, if you are not satisfied, I will refund or exchange any item returned, unworn, within 10 business days of receipt of your purchase. Please contact me at divinedesigns88@aol.com to let me know if you are requesting a refund or exchange, and for shipping information. Personalized items (i.e. name bracelets) cannot be returned due to the personalized nature of the items. If you need to return an item, please carefully wrap your jewelry (with any and all tags attached), in bubble wrap and use a padded envelope or box for shipping. Please include a copy of the original invoice so I may properly credit your account. I suggest you ship with either USPS (with delivery confirmation) or FedEx so you will have a record of your return. I also recommend you insure your package for your purchase price. Please do not write “jewelry” or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping, or for shipping charges. Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded unless the return is due to faulty fabrication. Please let me know the reason for your return. I strive to provide top quality service and merchandise to my customers, and your feedback will help me in identifying and resolving any concerns.


Caring For Your Jewelry:

Your jewelry will remain looking beautiful for years to come with just a little care on your part. If you use , body lotions and/or hair spray, please use them prior to putting on your jewelry. Wait a few minutes for them to be absorbed into your skin before putting on jewelry. This will keep your stones shiny and sparkling! In storing your jewelry, I recommend individual storage baggies, jewelry boxes or pouches, to prevent scratching of stones and components. There is really no need to worry about cleaning your jewelry. If necessary, use a soft, clean, dry cloth on stones and beads. Sterling silver can become dull or tarnished over time. To clean it easily, use a jewelry cloth made for this purpose (available at Walmart!).

 

One of a Kind……Since each item is one of a kind, I do not duplicate items exactly. If, however, you see something you like and would like something similar, I will do my best to accommodate you. If you see a piece that has already been sold that you are interested in, please contact me regarding the availability of a similar item.’
